We offer a two-year guarantee on our calipers, six months on our rotors, and one year on all other parts (excluding pads).

If there are any problems during that period, we will send out replacement parts ASAP and at no cost to the user. Please see terms and conditions for more information.

PB brake kits are made to order, so the lead time is 10-15 working days plus shipping. We always ship via international couriers with tracking, which requires a signature for delivery.

Shipping to Asia takes around 2-3 days, Europe and North America takes 5-7 days, Africa and South America takes 7-12 days.

Please note that we ship directly from Taiwan, so you may be liable to import duty and sales tax upon receiving the goods in your country. Please read our Terms and Conditions before purchasing.

If goods are declared faulty or incorrect upon arrival within 7 days of receiving them, we will either send replacement parts to the customer, or in rare cases, request the original item(s) to be returned to us before sending replacements. We will cover all shipping costs at no charge to the customer.

Since our brake kits are made to order, and to customers' own specifications, we can not accept returns.
