PB high spec coilover kits are suitable for road and track use, renowned for being one of the most comfortable coilover kits on the market. That doesn't mean they aren't suitable for race use, just stiffen up the ride by turning up the damping force settings and you're ready for the track! Then when you're finished racing, turn the damping force back down again and enjoy a smooth ride home.

They feature fully height-adjustable dampers, allowing the ride height to be the same as standard, or up to 50mm lower. Various spring rates are available and piston valves are matched to each spring rate. This is done to provide the more technical driver with various set-up options. If you're not sure what spring rate is best for you, just go with our tried and tested recommended setup.

PB invest time and money into research and development to ensure the best quality, best performance mid-range suspension kits on the market. PB Coilovers are not 'one size fits all' with adaptors. Each kit is designed specifically for one vehicle only, and all kits are rigorously tested and developed to ensure maximum comfort and performance. Kit includes:

  • 4 x Suspension dampers (either one piece or 2 piece dampers depending on vehicle)
  • 4 x SAE-9254 cold-wound steel springs
  • 4 x Damping force adjustment knobs
  • 2 x High strength aluminum rear rubber joint mounts (where applicable)
  • 2 x High strength aluminum front rubber joint or pillowball mounts (where applicable)
  • 3 x Ride height adjustment tools
  • 1 x Usage guide with warranty card

Features of PB Coilover Kits:

  • Monotube dampers with rubber top mounts as standard. Camber plates or camber adjustable pillow ball mounts are available for most vehicles.
  • All kits are damping force adjustable with 30 settings to choose from at the turn of a dial.
  • Coilovers are fully height adjustable and can be adjusted whilst installed to the vehicle.
  • Springs are constructed from SAE-9254 cold-wound steel and are protected by a high strength surface coating (black).

Warranty Information

We offer a one year unlimited warranty on all of our coilover kits.

PB coilovers are fully serviceable, so if anything goes wrong within the warranty period, we will ship out replacement parts free of charge and cover all shipping costs.

Import Taxes and Shipping

The lead time for one-way adjustable coilovers is 2-3 working days, and for two-way adjustable coilovers it's 2-3 weeks. We always ship via international couriers with tracking, which requires a signature for delivery.

Shipping to Asia takes about 2-3 days, Europe and North America takes 5-7 days, Africa and South America takes 7-12 days.

Please note that we ship directly from Taiwan, so you may be liable to import duty and sales tax upon receiving the goods in your country. Please read our Terms and Conditions before purchasing.

Returns

If goods are declared faulty or incorrect upon arrival within 7 days of receiving them, we will either send replacement parts to the customer, or in rare cases, request the original item(s) to be returned to us before sending replacements. We will cover all shipping costs at no charge to the customer.

Since our coilover kits are made to order, and to customers' own specifications, we can not accept returns.

Two-Way Coilover Kits

If our standard one-way kits don't offer enough damping adjustment options for your needs, our two-way kits allow compression and rebound to be adjusted independently from one another.

External reservoirs allow superior heat management which reduces shock fade under heavy use, and the larger volume of nitrogen gas provides a more consistent spring rate for the gas charge.

Because the oil stays cooler and the internal pressures are better managed, the seals and internal valving undergo less stress, leading to a longer lifespan between rebuilds, even under the most grueling conditions.

Pillowball Top Mounts

Optional camber-adjustable pillowball top mounts, or "camber plates," are available for most vehicles, particularly those with MacPherson strut suspension.

These units replace soft factory rubber bushings with high-precision spherical pillowball bearings housed in CNC-machined 6061 aluminum.

By eliminating deflection, they ensure suspension geometry remains consistent under heavy lateral loads, vastly improving steering sharpness and tactile feedback.

Beyond better handling, they allow for easy negative camber adjustments from the engine bay. Note that this precision comes at the cost of slightly increased road noise and reduced vibration dampening.
