Return Policy

Because all PB Performance products are custom-built and made-to-order to buyer specifications, standard change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, we accept returns and issue replacements exclusively for products that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If goods are declared faulty or incorrect on arrival within 7 days of receiving them, we will either send replacement parts to the customer, or request the item(s) to be returned to PB Performance before sending replacements. We will cover all shipping costs at no charge to the customer.

Once orders have been confirmed they are final, and may not be cancelled. Alterations may be permitted depending on when they are requested or what the buyer would like to alter. Acceptance of alterations is at the discretion of PB Performance Parts. Please enquire for more details.
